A supportive environment for caregivers to connect with each other which is facilitated by a behavioural specialist.
Connecting Caregivers is a new online network, set up with the intention of supporting caregivers who are supporting a child with a diagnosis or awaiting a diagnosis in the Clondalkin, Balgaddy and Adamstown area.
It is a safe place for caregivers to come together to offer support to each other and to share tips and suggestions as to what might help with getting through the ups and downs of caring for someone with complex needs. This group will be facilitated by a behavioural specialist.
As the group grows in confidence there may be a some evidence based information talks free of charge also.
